F11N Apache Radio-Controlled Helicopter Review: Easy to use even for beginners, with excellent handling

Sorry to keep you waiting! The aircraft we'll be trying out this time is the F11N Apache attack helicopter from RTR Hobby. The desert camouflage design is stunning, and the large packaging box is packed with a finished product that builds up anticipation. Let's open it and try it out!

The biggest appeal of this helicopter is its built-in gyro , making it easy to operate even for beginners and less likely to fail. It also comes with a full range of accessories, including an instruction manual, a Yuksang T6 remote control, a charger, a battery, and even spare propellers, rotors, and missile parts, demonstrating the attention to detail. When you first opened the package, the landing gear tires came off, a minor issue that can be easily fixed with a simple reassembly, so even those who aren't very mechanically inclined should have no problem.

I immediately attached the battery and performed a takeoff test. I tried it with a camera attached, and although there was a slight shift in the center of gravity after takeoff, it had no effect on operation. The hovering was extremely stable, with almost no shaking, and the flight sound in low-speed mode was noticeable. The comfortable feel in the hand exceeded my expectations.

Switching to high-speed mode is easy with the push of a button. Opening the throttle fully produces incredible power, making it well-suited for outdoor use, and it offers precise control over slopes and sudden braking. Don't overestimate your skills, though—I almost ran into a tree! Landing is easy and stable, even for beginners. Another attractive feature is its durable construction, which means it can withstand water damage without any issues.

After removing the camera and reducing the weight, I flew it again and found it to have even more power and smoother acceleration, making it a better flying experience than the pink model I had tried before. Switching to Advanced Mode dramatically increased speed, provided much more power both up and down, and removed the altitude limit, maximizing the flying experience. However, beginners should be careful when operating it, as it may take an unexpected turn!

The aircraft is equipped with three flight modes: Mode 1 is safe, slow, and easy to operate, and is suitable for complete beginners; Mode 2 is ideal for those with basic flight skills; and Mode 3 is manual mode, which is for advanced pilots and which I was unable to attempt this time. The battery life is also surprisingly good, with more than half of the charge remaining even after multiple flights. It also has a one-touch landing function, but please note that you will need to manually turn off the motors after landing.

Overall, the F11N Apache is one of the best quality radio-controlled helicopters I have ever tried. Its large body, sophisticated design, easy operation thanks to its gyro, comprehensive accessories, long flight time battery life, and durable construction make it truly exceptional. It's suitable for a wide range of users, from beginners to advanced pilots, and offers excellent value for money.

The purchase link is at the end of the article. A must-see for anyone who loves radio-controlled helicopters! After trying it out, I have no complaints whatsoever about this product.
